We completely understand if you prefer email communication as our goal is to meet you wherever you are in the process. You may already have a few must-visit destinations in mind. Whatever the case, we’re here to guide you.

Customize Itinerary Ideas

Next, we’ll design a carefully tailored safari experience, selecting the best itinerary options for you. We’ll share a customized selection of our top recommended camps and lodges, ensuring they align with your budget, travel dates, and unique interests, creating a journey perfectly suited to you.

Finding the Perfect Experience

We are dedicated to working with you until we create the ideal safari adventure. We’re happy to refine your itinerary, make adjustments, and present new options as many times as needed. With our personalized approach, you can be assured that your journey will be uniquely tailored to your preferences, resulting in an unforgettable experience. We will be available for a phone call to answer any questions you might have.

Finalizing Your Booking

Once you've made your final decisions and are ready to confirm your journey, we will book all the services including but not limited to transfers, vehicles, flights, accommodations and sightseeing. To secure your accommodations and services, a 30% deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to your departure.

Arrival & On-Ground Support

As your departure approaches, we’ll take care of all the essential details to ensure a smooth experience. We’ll assist with visa and travel insurance guidance, as well as provide important health information tailored to your destination. Before you set off, you’ll receive a finalized itinerary, complete with contact details. The moment you step off the plane, you’ll be welcomed by the warmth of Africa. After clearing passport control, our representative will be there to greet you and assist with your transfer. If you prefer a more seamless arrival experience, we can arrange for you to be met at the aircraft and escorted through the process.

During your stay, a member of our team will personally check in with you, and we’ll remain available 24/7 to answer any questions or assist in the unlikely event of an emergency.
